Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high volume periods (e.g., launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer flat-rate and free shipping options:

Standard Shipping (5-10 Business Days): $10
Expedited Shipping (3–6 business days): $15
Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $30
Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $60

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on destination and carrier delays beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We're working on expanding our service globally—stay tuned!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to appear.

Shipping Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipment, please contact us at contact@vincentfaithbaby.com with your name and order number.

We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or packages marked “delivered.”
