Our Promise
We want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Gift cards, clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
To start a return, please email us at contact@vincentfaithbaby.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions.
A $4.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@vincentfaithbaby.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number—we’ll make it right.
Gift Returns
Gifts can be returned for store credit. Proof of purchase (order number or purchaser’s name/email) is required.
